Village Approves Purchase and Building Plans for Floral Park and Pear Tree

Village Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes from June 24th, 1959

The Village of Deerfield approved Max Weinrib's  purchase and building plans for two lots, Floral Park and Pear Tree. Floral Park was the larger of the two sites at fifteen acres, while Pear Tree was the smallest at seven acres.
